“All-In” Women’s Self Defense Workshop (advanced) (May 2026)
Come build on the basics of self defense in a variety of situations. This workshop not only increases your physical skills, but your self confidence and mental acuity as well. This workshop is for those who have previously completed a level 1 workshop.
Please be sure to download the waiver and registration form at the bottom of this page, fill it out, and bring it to the workshop with you. A completed & signed waiver is REQUIRED for every attendee in order to participate.
