“All-In” Women’s Self Defense Workshop (Jan 2026)
Come learn the basics of self defense in a variety of situations. This workshop not only increases your physical skills, but your self confidence and mental acuity as well.
Please be sure to download the waiver and registration form at the bottom of this page, fill it out, and bring it to the workshop with you. A completed & signed waiver is REQUIRED for every attendee in order to participate.
